Intro.jpgThe new Plan All Cause Readmission measure examines the percentage of acute inpatient stays during the measurement year that were followed by an acute readmission for any diagnosis within 30 days for members 18 years of age and older. Health plans will be responsible for submitting this data during the 2011 data collection season.

Fees:

$239 per site (one computer plus one phone connection). As many individuals as you like may be present in the room (e.g., through using an LCD projector and speakerphone). However, each additional computer or phone connection requires a separate registration.
