Preparing for an NCQA Survey

About the Program

Intro.jpgDuring this 1-day seminar, faculty will examine NCQA resources that can be used to prepare for a survey. Participants will be introduced to tips and tools, document preparation strategies including file review, and use functions of the ISS to help demonstrate their compliance with NCQA standards.

Upon completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:

  • Discuss documents and tools that will provide guidance in the preparation of a successful NCQA survey
  • Decipher primary versus supporting data sources
  • Review key functions of the survey tool, including linking documents, troubleshooting during submission and uploading
  • Prepare file worksheets for submission
