Does the organization maintain a practitioner network capable of serving its diverse membership and that is responsive to member needs and preferences?

Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services Programs:
Does the organization continually improve its services to meet the needs of multicultural populations?

Reducing Health Care Disparities:
Does the organization use race/ethnicity and language data to assess the existence of disparities and focus on quality improvements to decrease health care disparities?
