The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), whose mission is to improve the quality of health care, is seeking a Developer.

Job Description:

The Developer will execute programming approaches to support various applications development projects.  He or she must be able to code at the entry to intermediate level in applications supported with Visual Studio, SQL server, ASP and C# DotNet.

Dutioes and Responsibilities:

This person will participate in design sessions and code reviews for both internally and externally focused business intelligence initiatives. In addition, this person will perform Data Management duties from SQL Server or similar database to other formats including reports, spreadsheets and datamarts.

Qualifications:

• At least one year experience or specific educational background in MS Visual Studio or SAS toolset
• Proficiency in programming languages as appropriate, particularly MS Visual Studio
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• High motivation and ability to work with teams to meet project objectives
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Awareness of database design concepts, and general Windows environment
• Comfortable with Word, Excel, Access.
