Harnessing the Promise of Health IT to Improve Care Coordination
NCQA’s 4th National Annual Policy conference, Harnessing the Promise of Health IT to Improve Care Coordination, was held Friday, December 4 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC. Many of the 100 attendees said it was a stimulating and well-run forum on how information technology can support quality.

Luncheon speaker Dr. David Blumenthal, Director of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, held the audience's rapt attention as he outlined how the federal government is supporting health information technology.
