Intro.jpgNew to credentialing or need an in-depth explanation of NCQA’s credentialing standards? If so, this program is the one for you. Faculty will walk participants through a detailed explanation of each 2011 Credentialing standard. Participants will receive a Special Volume which contains Credentialing standards from each NCQA accreditation product. Upon completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the NCQA Credentialing standards 
  • Identify appropriate credentialing and recredentialing documentation and operational procedures required to comply with NCQA Accreditation Standards 
  • Describe potential problem areas in the credentialing processes.

Registration is from 8:10 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. on May 10.
