About the Program

This two-day seminar is designed for organizations undergoing their first NCQA survey or those that have new staff managing the survey process. Presentations will provide an overview of the intent and requirements of all the 2010 Health Plan and MBHO standards and a high-level overview of the Interactive Survey System.

NOTE: Organizations that need a more extensive review of the ISS are encouraged to also attend the May 19 Hands-On ISS training.

Seminar Hours are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. both days
Registration is from 8:10 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Continental breakfast and lunch will be served both days.
