About the Program

This two-day seminar is designed for organizations undergoing their first NCQA survey or those that have new staff managing the survey process. Presentations will provide an overview of the intent and requirements of all the 2011 Health Plan and MBHO standards and a high-level overview of the Interactive Survey System.
