NCQA is seeking comments on the proposed retirement of the Hybrid Method in the commercial product line for four measures. Reviewers are asked to submit their comments in writing via the public comment Web site by midnight (ET) on Tuesday, June 23, 2009.

- Enter your comment into the text box. There is an 1,800 character limit. If you exceed the limit, your comment will be cut off at 1,800 characters.
