NCQA is holding a series of Open Door Forum conference calls to address questions related to the SNP Structure & Process measures and ISS Survey Tool. The conference calls are scheduled for the following dates/times:

These conference calls are intended to provide SNPs with answers to specific, technical questions related to the content and requirements of the Structure & Process measures and the use of the ISS Survey Tool. They are open to all SNP organizations and are free of charge. You do not need to register in advance to attend any of the sessions.  

Organizations may submit questions in advance to NCQA to ensure that those questions are addressed appropriately. If you would like to submit a question in advance of the conference calls, please send your question to SNP@NCQA.ORG and type “Open Door Forum Question” in the subject header.
