NCQA Clinician Recognition Programs empower employers, health plans, patients and consumers to make informed heath care decisions based on quality. Participation in a NCQA Recognition Program demonstrated that you value quality health care delivery and the latest clinical protocols to ensure your patients receive the best care at the right time.

NCQA Recognition Programs for Clinicians

Diabetes Recognition Program (DRP)
Recognizes clinicians who demonstrate that they provide high-quality care to patients with diabetes.

Heart/Stroke Recognition Program (HSRP)
Recognizes clinicians who demonstrate that they provide high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke.

Back Pain Recognition Program (BPRP) (RETIRED)
Recognizes clinicians who take a patient-centered approach and deliver care in accordance with widely accepted, evidence-based guidelines.
