About the Program
During this one-day seminar, faculty will examine NCQA resources that can be used to prepare for a health plan survey. Participants will be introduced to tips and tools, document preparation strategies including file review, and use functions of the ISS to help demonstrate their compliance with NCQA standards.
NOTE: This program does not provide a detailed review of the functionality of the Interactive Survey System.
