Introduction to Accreditation

November 13 - 15, 2012 | Washington, D.C.

About the Program

This two-and-a-half day seminar is designed for organizations undergoing their first NCQA survey or those that have new staff managing the survey process.

Participants will learn about the comprehensive framework to improve the quality of care and services through NCQA’s Accreditation process.

The federal government recently nominated NCQA as an approved accreditor of Exchange health plans.

During these seminars we will provide information on how your plan can use NCQA Accreditation to qualify for Exchanges. We will also provide background information on other quality requirements required for Exchanges and how NCQA relates to those requirements.

Participants will receive an electronic copy of the 2013 Standards and Guidelines for Health Plans or MBHOs.
